There are no short-cuts to a professional and sound installation.
EXTERIOR IMAGE DO NOT fix over existing fascias, soffits etc.
Unless existing wooden ones are removed you cannot identify any unseen potential problems. Also fitting/covering over can accelerate the rotting process causing greater problems in the future.
If any rafter ends are defective they are repaired prior to PVCu being fitted.
Another reason why we always remove exising fascias is because in may cases, covering exising will increase thickness. Windows can then become difficult or impossible to open.
